1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Lithium, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, documentation, interface, or related services.
2. What Lithium provides
Lithium provides information and software that may allow you to interact with non-custodial smart contracts on LitVM. Lithium does not hold your wallet, private keys, or assets. You remain responsible for your wallet, transactions, and decisions.
Features may be unavailable, incomplete, changed, suspended, or discontinued. When the interface identifies a test network, its assets and displayed activity are for testing and may have no real-world value.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use Lithium only if you have legal capacity to agree to these terms and your use is lawful where you are located. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, sanctions, tax obligations, and restrictions. You must not use Lithium to violate law, interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, or harm other users.
4. No financial advice
Lithium does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Rates, yields, utilization, risk settings, and other market information can change. Nothing on Lithium is a recommendation, solicitation, promise of return, or guarantee of outcome.
5. Protocol and transaction risks
Using blockchain-based lending and strategies involves substantial risk, including:
- smart-contract defects, exploits, upgrades, or unexpected behavior;
- losses caused by liquidation, variable interest rates, or insufficient liquidity;
- incorrect, delayed, unavailable, or manipulated price data;
- network outages, reorganization, congestion, failed transactions, or changing fees;
- token, bridge, counterparty, governance, and strategy-integration risk; and
- irreversible transactions and loss of access to a wallet or private key.
You should review each transaction and its current onchain parameters before signing it. You accept all risks arising from your use of Lithium and connected protocols.
6. Wallets and third-party services
Wallets, RPC providers, explorers, bridges, LitVM, WalletConnect, Reown, and linked sites are third-party services. Their availability, security, terms, and privacy practices are outside Lithium's control. A link or wallet option does not constitute an endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
The Lithium name, visual identity, website, and original interface materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source software remains subject to its applicable license. These terms do not transfer ownership of Lithium materials.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lithium is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lithium and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost assets, or transaction losses arising from or related to your use of Lithium.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as Lithium evolves. The date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
